It’s time to get the help you need
Dr. Jordan does not accept insurance, but you can request a superbill from her. Contact your insurance company and tell them the services you are wanting (individual, couples or family therapy). Ask if they would accept a superbill for you to potentially receive partial future reimbursement using the superbill form. A superbill will list the dates of your treatment, total time of the service, modality of service (telehealth), amount you paid for the service, and a diagnosis. You will then share this form with your insurance company and they might provide you a partial reimbursement for the services you paid for. Again, I would recommend contacting them first to make sure a superbill is accepted.
